Lawlor, CFO, acquired 50,000 Units on an indirect ownership basis for registered holder GDRJL Holdings Inc. at prices ranging from $2.180 to $2.230 between November 19th, 2018 and November 21st, 2018. This represents a $110,275 investment into the company's shares and an account share holdings change of 19.9%.
