VANCOUVER, Feb. 15, 2019 /CNW/ - Minister of Fisheries, Oceans and the Canadian Coast Guard, the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, alongside the North Pacific Anadromous Fish Commission (NPAFC), will bid farewell to a group of 21 scientists from five Pacific Rim countries including Canada on a 5-week expedition in the Gulf of Alaska.
