VANCOUVER, March 22, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will announce funding for Arts Umbrella in Vancouver on Friday.

Minister Joly will be joined by the Honourable Lisa Beare, British Columbia Minister of Tourism, Arts and Culture, and His Worship Gregor Robertson, Mayor of Vancouver.
