London, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 24, 2021) - The Western Fair Association has partnered with CannabisWiki to organize a first-of-its-kind agriculture and cannabis event in our region. CannabisWiki Conference & Expo will be hosted at the Western Fair District, Agriplex, June 15 and 16, 2022. CannabisWiki is proud to bring a cannabis show to London - the agricultural hub for Ontario. The two-day event will showcase cannabis industry innovations in the region, across the country and help to bring awareness about London as a world-leader in agriculture, agrobusiness, and plant derived medicines. The goal of the show is to foster regional and national B2B networking opportunities and to bolster the city's reputation as a diversified agricultural hub.

Dates & Details:

Western Fair District, Agriplex, 845 Florence Street, London, Ontario
Wednesday, June, 15, 2022
9:00am - 5:00pm
Thursday June 16, 2022
9:00am - 4:00pm

Make sure to save the date and reach out if you are interested in exhibiting, speaking on a panel, or networking opportunities at this first-of-its-kind agricultural cannabis show. For more information, check out the link to the official event landing page.

Prospective vendors, panelists and exhibitors are encouraged to reach out early to ensure ample time for cross-promotion before the show. Derrick Berney, CEO of CannabisWiki states that, "Unlike other shows focused on large urban areas, the goal of CannabisWiki Conference & Expo is to showcase the best that London has to offer and create accessible and affordable ticket rates to create an inclusive and worthwhile ROI for all attendees." Licensed producers, retail store owners, managers and budtenders, and/or any auxiliary businesses that may be interested in entering the cannabis industry agricultural supply chain - make sure to save the date and visit https://expo.cannabis.wiki/ for booth registration information.

Vendors, exhibitors and panelists must be 19+ and show a valid proof of vaccination / ID. Also please note, onsite cannabis consumption cannot be accommodated at Western Fair District. Virtual event partner - MienTzu will provide remote conferencing solutions for CannabisWiki Conference & Expo. This "hybrid event" will allow expert speakers to attend both in-person, and from around the world. CannabisWiki is one of the leading websites for the cannabis consumer and industry visited by millions of visitors per month and a media partner for major cannabis events across North America.

The WFA's latest strategic plan is focused on a re-commitment to agriculture initiatives and includes fostering relationship-building and promotion of local agri-food producers and production. WFA, Chief Executive - Reg Ash, believes the conference helps achieve the goal of the strategic plan, stating that "an event for our region, seemed a logical step in serving the strategy of diversifying our agricultural business base." CannabisWiki Conference & Expo is an excellent opportunity to meet with the region's most notable thought-leaders live and in person, and an excellent opportunity for fostering B2B networking between two otherwise "siloed" sectors that could benefit from "crossbreeding" agri-food, and cannabis.

CannabisWiki, a London-based cannabis media start-up, is pleased to partner with the Western Fair Association, an agricultural society with a 150-year legacy of agri-food education, supporting agriculture innovators, new agri-food strategies and next generation agricultural entrepreneurs. WFA and CannabisWiki are proud to support this new agri-business event, and hope that through collaboration they can achieve greater integration between Canadian agri-businesses and our world-leading cannabis industry.
