(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LTE)(PINK: LTCCF), a world leader in the use of innovative and proven micro/narrow trenching technologies, alternate methods of deployment and specialist products which transform the cost of fibre optic network deployment for telecommunications operators, today is pleased to announce selected preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter ended September 30, 2018.  The Company notes that these preliminary unaudited results are based on management's initial review of operations for the quarter and year ended September 30, 2018. They are subject to adjustments in conjunction with the completion of the Company's customary annual closing procedures. Consequently, final results may differ from these preliminary estimates and any changes could be material. The Company expects to release final audited 2018 financial results on or before January 28, 2019.

Preliminary Unaudited Highlights for the Fourth Quarter 2018*:

• The Company anticipates that its 2018 Q4 revenue will be approximately $4.8 million compared to $1.1 million for 2018 Q3, an increase of $3.7 million quarter over quarter, and compared to $2.8 million for 2017 Q4, an increase of $2.0 million over the same period last year.
• Full year anticipated 2018 revenue of approximately $10 million compared to $8.3 million for 2017.
• The Company anticipates improved gross margin in 2018 Q4 and expects continued improvement into 2019 Q1.
