Lions Bay Capital Inc. Reports $2,117,271 or $0.02 per Share of Net Income for the Three Months Ended August 31, 2020

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 15, 2020) - Lions Bay Capital Inc. (TSXV: LBI) ("Lions Bay" or the "Company") is pleased to report net income of $2,117,271 or $0.02 per share for the three (3) months ended August 31, 2020. Net income was derived from an increase in the fair value of the Company's investment portfolio from $3,449,504, as at May 31, 2020, to $5,260,259, as at August 31, 2020. The value of the portfolio has continued to increase subsequent to the period end.
