Lifestyle Delivery Systems' Subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., Has Been Approved by the Bureau of Cannabis Control for a Provisional California State Transportation and Distribution License

PR Newswire

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, May 8, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Lifestyle Delivery Systems Inc. (CSE: LDS), (OTCQB: LDSYF) and (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company") announces that on May 7, 2019, the Bureau of Cannabis Control approved CSPA Group, Inc. for a Provisional Transportation and Distribution License. This provisional license is the last step before a permanent annual license is issued.

Brad Eckenweiler, CEO of LDS, stated, "The issuance of this provisional transportation and distribution license is just one more brick in the vertically-integrated foundation of the LDS family of subsidiaries, licensees and their operations. The provisional license is the precursor to issuance of the permanent annual transportation and distribution license." The corporate compliance team continues to work on all aspects of SOPs and regulatory compliance, including implementation of operational best practices in all of our licensed activities. The Company will continue to update the market on all relevant events and accomplishments related to the LDS companies.
