(CSE: LDS), (OTCQX: LDSYF), (Frankfurt: LD6, WKN: A14XHT) ("LDS" or the "Company") is excited to announce that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, CSPA Group, Inc., is in the final stage of its negotiations to secure a lease agreement with Desert Sands LLC for 20,000 square feet of warehouse space. The Company and CSPA Group expect to finalize the lease agreement early next week.

The Company is planning to use the new warehouse space to support the anticipated product demand for the Company's Southern California distribution of CSPA Group's products and for the inventory management of Highway 395 Dispensary.
