CALGARY, Nov. 19, 2018 /CNW/ - David Smith, President and Chief Executive Officer of Keyera Corp. (TSX:KEY) ("Keyera") is pleased to announce the promotion of Bradley W. Lock to Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and the promotion of C. Dean Setoguchi to Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.

With these appointments, Keyera is realigning its organizational structure along functional reporting lines. Field operations, engineering and corporate responsibility will report through Mr. Lock while business development and marketing will report through Mr. Setoguchi, effective December 1, 2018. This new structure allows Keyera to continue to advance its integrated business model, while reinforcing the focus on disciplined capital allocation and providing value-added services for our customers.

In connection with the restructuring, the following additional changes are being made at the executive level as of December 1, 2018: Jamie Urquhart, currently Vice President Operations, Gathering and Processing Business Unit, will be appointed Vice President, Marketing; Rick Koshman, currently Vice President, Engineering, will be appointed Vice President, Corporate Development; Jarrod Beztilny, currently Vice President Operations, Liquids Business Unit, will be appointed Vice President Operations, Gathering and Processing; and John Hunszinger, currently Plant Director at Alberta EnviroFuels, will be appointed Vice President Operations, Liquids Infrastructure. All other officers of Keyera will remain in their current roles.
