(NYSE: KDMN) today announced that Susan Wiviott does not intend to stand for re-election to Kadmon's Board of Directors at the upcoming annual meeting of shareholders on May 15, 2019 (the "Annual Meeting"). On March 21, 2019, Ms. Wiviott provided notice to the Company of her intent to resign effective as of the Annual Meeting, and confirmed that her intent to not stand for re-election is not because of any disagreement between her and the Company.
