TORONTO, June 7, 2016 /CNW/ - Jaguar Mining Inc. ("Jaguar" or the "Company") (TSX-V: JAG) is pleased to announce the voting results from its 2016 Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") held in Toronto, Ontario on June 6, 2016.  At the Meeting, shareholders voted in favour of determining the number of directors of the Company at six and elected the Company's directors: Rodney Lamond, Richard D. Falconer, Edward V. Reeser, Luis R. Miraglia, Jared Hardner and Thomas S. Weng.  The shareholders also voted in favour of re-appointing KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the auditor of the Company for the ensuing year and authorized the directors to fix their remuneration, and passed the resolutions ratifying, confirming and approving the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan (the "Stock Option Plan") and ratifying and approving certain stock option grants made under the Stock Option Plan.
