IWS Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - June 30, 2016) - International Wastewater Systems Inc. ("IWS" or the "Company") (CSE:IWS)(FRANKFURT:IWI) is pleased to announce the results of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held on June 23^rd, 2016 in Vancouver, BC.

All the resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved unanimously, including the re-election of our auditors, Davidson & Company, and all director nominees, namely Lynn Mueller, Yaron Conforti, Mark McCooey, Daryle Anderson and John Williams.

The formal report on voting results with respect to all matters voted upon at the AGM will be filed on SEDAR at www.sedar.com.
