NEW YORK --

The law firm of Kirby McInerney LLP is investigating potential claims against Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated (“Diebold Nixdorf” or the “Company”) (NYSE: DBD). This investigation concerns whether Diebold Nixdorf has violated federal securities laws and/or engaged in other unlawful business practices.

On July 5, 2017, Diebold Nixdorf disclosed that the Company expected a wider net loss than indicated in its prior guidance for fiscal 2017, from a range of $50 to $75 million to a range of $110 to $125 million net loss. The Company attributed the lowered expectations to a delay in systems rollouts as well as a longer customer decision-making process and order-to-revenue conversion cycle.

Following this news, Diebold Nixdorf’s stock price fell $6.28 per share, or nearly 23%, to close at $21.20 on July 5, 2017.

If you acquired Diebold Nixdorf securities, have information, or would like to learn more about these claims, please contact Thomas W. Elrod of Kirby McInerney LLP at 212-371-6600, by email at [email protected], or by filling out this contact form, to discuss your rights or interests with respect to these matters without any cost to you.
