TORONTO, May 11, 2018 /CNW/ - Inovalis Real Estate Investment Trust (the "REIT") (TSX: INO.UN)  

Inovalis REIT announced today that each of the trustee nominees listed in the management information circular of the REIT dated April 9, 2018 were elected as trustees of the REIT at the annual and special meeting of unitholders held on May 9, 2018 (the "A&SM").  Voting results for the individual trustees of the REIT are as follows:

The resolution to re-appoint EY, LLP as the auditors of the REIT for the ensuing year and authorizing the trustees to fix the remuneration to be paid to the auditors was approved by 99.89% of the votes, and the resolution to approve the issuance of up to 3,500,000 Units of the REIT pursuant to the Unit Based Compensation Plan as potential payment of Asset Management Fees payable pursuant to the Management Agreement was approved by 58.4% of the votes.
