Individual FoodService Acquires Cole Supply Company

Individual FoodService (“IFS”), a leading distributor of foodservice disposables and janitorial & sanitation (“JanSan”) products, has announced that it has acquired Cole Supply Company (“Cole”), a leader in the distribution of janitorial, cleaning and facility supplies based in Benicia, California. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition expands IFS’ market presence throughout northern California while immediately strengthening its JanSan business given Cole’s expanded geographic reach, strong customer relationships and broad product and service offering. Additionally, Cole’s clients now have access to IFS’ complete portfolio of foodservice disposables, packaging, dry and canned goods.
