Toronto, Ontario – TheNewswire - January 13th, 2021 - Imaging Dynamics Company Ltd. ("IDC" or the "Company") (TSXV:IDL) would like to announce that there has been a change in company ownership.

In order to achieve maximum development potential including providing the best possible services to IDC customers, Shuai Wang has acquired 30.7% capital share from co-shareholders. After this acquisition, Shuai Wang totally holds 48.91% capital share of IDC and becomes the biggest shareholder of IDC. He will undertake the full responsibility for management of IDC.

Due to strategic considerations, General Medical Device Co Ltd. and Hong Chen have transferred most of their shares in IDC to their co-shareholder Shuai Wang. Following such exit and divestiture General Medical Device Co Ltd and Hong Chen have no special relationship with IDC any longer.

We believe IDC has a bright future ahead. Most of our attention will focus on introducing new products and providing better service to our customer.
