QUEBEC CITY, Dec. 14, 2016 /CNW Telbec/ - Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc. ("iA Financial Group") today announced that it has completed the previously announced redemption of its 4.75% Subordinated Debentures due December 14, 2021 (the "Debentures") pursuant to the notice of redemption sent to registered holders of Debentures on October 26, 2016. iA Financial Group has paid a redemption amount of $1,023.75 for each $1,000 principal amount of Debentures, being equal to the aggregate of (i) $1,000 and (ii) all accrued and unpaid interest.
