QUEBEC CITY, April 8, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - iA Financial Group announces the appointment of Marie-Annick Bonneau as head of investor relations. This appointment is effective as of today.

Marie-Annick Bonneau, a lawyer and holder of an MBA from Université Laval, joined iA Financial Group in 1995. Since 2015, she has been Director of Regulatory and Operational Risk Management and Chief Compliance Officer of iA Financial Group.

In her new role, Ms. Bonneau will prepare, among other things, the communications necessary to explain the group's results, ensure relations with credit agencies, financial analysts and institutional investors and supervise media relations. She will also provide sustainable development leadership for iA Financial Group and chair the sustainable development committee.

Marie-Annick Bonneau will report to Jacques Potvin, Executive Vice-President, Chief Actuary and CFO of iA Financial Group.
