Cushman & Wakefield (NYSE: CWK) announced today that Greg Schuster has been named President, Global Occupier Services (GOS), Americas, and Steve Quick, Chief Executive, GOS, will now solely focus on the global platform and initiatives.

Growing the GOS business remains a top priority for Cushman & Wakefield as occupiers continue to outsource their real estate and consolidate providers. Through their combined leadership, Schuster and Quick will leverage the strengths of the Cushman & Wakefield platform to ensure seamless service delivery to clients around the world.

Schuster brings 20 years of occupier service delivery experience to his new role. He most recently served as Head of Integrated Portfolio Management, Americas, leading the convergence of the firm’s offering around portfolio strategy, transaction management, portfolio administration, financial advisory and analysis to best serve Cushman & Wakefield’s corporate occupier clients. He will report to Steve Quick, Chief Executive, GOS, while working closely with Shawn Mobley, CEO, Americas.

Schuster’s promotion enables Quick to focus on GOS clients’ global opportunities and real estate solutions. He will continue to oversee global strategy and delivery of services such as workplace strategy, facilities management, project management and technology implementation for Cushman & Wakefield’s GOS clients, including major corporations, institutions and government agencies. With 30 years of experience leading corporate services and facilities management initiatives, Quick is recognized throughout the industry for providing innovative solutions coordinated with local-level execution, all aligned with clients’ overall business strategies.

“Greg and Steve exemplify our efforts to place clients at the center of what’s next,” said John Forrester, President, Cushman & Wakefield. “They are industry leaders and architects of service offerings that, while quite complex, are adaptable to clients’ individual requirements and executable across portfolios and locally. With Greg and Steve, we are well-positioned to continue to drive our occupier business’s growth across the Americas and globally.”

Quick added, “Greg’s experience and insight make him the ideal partner as we continually hone our focus on GOS clients and their changing opportunities. He will have a significant impact across our platform and play a critical leadership role for our occupier business in the Americas.”
