Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP released Episode 2 of the Legal Environmental Insights Podcast, "EPA Finalizes Rule Limiting States' Energy Veto Authority," as part of its "Empire Environmental" mini-series focused on environmental and energy issues impacting the State of New York.

Russo explore states' authority to issue, deny or attach conditions to "water quality certification," under the Clean Water Act, and the recent EPA rule aimed at reducing the states' ability to use this authority to block controversial interstate infrastructure projects, such as fossil fuel pipelines.
