(TSXV: GRF) ("Green Rise" or the "Company"), is pleased to announce the completion of its name change from Green Rise Capital Corporation. The Company received shareholder approval for this name change at the annual general and special meeting of shareholders held on July 8, 2020 and received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange on October 15, 2020. The articles of amendment effecting the name change are available on the Company's SEDAR profile at www.sedar.com.

There is no action required by current shareholders in connection with this change, and no change has been made to Green Rise's share capital. There is no change in the Company's ticker symbol on the TSX Venture Exchange and no consolidation of capital.
