Golden Dawn Discloses Lawsuit Between Armex Mining Corp. and Huakan International Mining Inc.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 06, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Golden Dawn Minerals Inc., (TSX-V:GOM) (FRANKFURT:3G8A) (OTC:GDMRF) (the “Company” or “Golden Dawn”) provides disclosure of lawsuit between Armex Mining Corp. and Huakan International Mining Inc.

On December 18, 2017, the Company announced that it had entered into an option agreement with Huakan International Mining Inc. (“Huakan”) pursuant to which the Company was granted options to acquire up to 100% of Huakan’s J&L property located in the Revelstoke area of British Columbia.  The Company has learned that Huakan is being sued by Armex Mining Corp.
