They were selected based on their leadership, vision, innovation, engagement, impact and their commitment to the FinTech community. Nominations were placed by various stakeholders across the industry, including individuals, organizations and fellow leaders.

  • Nora Curic, Senior Director, Digital Business Management plays a leadership role with CIBC Digital's People, Workplace and Client Advocacy team, focusing on strategy transformation, culture and client experiences. She is also the Chair of the CIBC Women's Network.

  • Alison James, Senior Vice-President, Technology Operations focuses on enhancing the CIBC employee experience through technology improvements and agile working styles. She is also the co-executive lead of CIBC's #MovetheDial sponsorship.

  • Julia Kassam, Managing Director, CIBC Innovation Banking is a tech strategist who leads innovation ecosystem engagement efforts supporting the growth of Canadian tech companies as part of CIBC's Innovation Banking team.

  • Amy Olah, Executive Director, CIBC Innovation Banking is focused on financing for a wide spectrum of technology companies across both Canada and the United States. Leveraging the CIBC Innovation Banking platform, Ms. Olah helps start-ups to extend their presence in highly competitive markets.
