MONTREAL, Aug. 13, 2018 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital" or the "Firm"), the manager of Investment Grade Infrastructure Bond Fund (the "Fund"), announced today an upcoming change to the portfolio manager of the Fund. It is expected that on or around October 10, 2018, Fiera Capital will assume the portfolio management responsibilities for the Fund and will appoint Fiera Capital Inc., an affiliate of Fiera Capital, as portfolio sub-advisor for the Fund.

The Fund will continue to invest in an actively managed portfolio comprised primarily of investment grade fixed income securities of issuers that own, operate or develop infrastructure assets in the United States. There are no changes to the investment objectives or distribution policy of the Fund.
