Victoria, British Columbia (FSCwire) - As a result of a review by the British Columbia Securities Commission (“BCSC”), Erin is issuing the following news release to clarify its disclosure.

Recently, the BCSC made technical comments regarding the Piskanja property updated resource estimate report, titled, “Mineral Resource Estimate Update on the Piskanja Borate Project, Serbia” (the “Report”) dated October 2016, as disclosed by Erin in a news release dated November 28, 2016. The technical comments by the BCSC require a revision of the current Report. As a result, the Report does not comply with the requirements of NI43-101 until such time as the required revisions have been completed. As the aforementioned mineral resources are not supported by a compliant NI43-101 technical report, they should not be relied upon until they can be supported by a compliant technical report.
