VANCOUVER, BC, June 29, 2020 /CNW/ - Electric Royalties Ltd. (TSXV: ELEC) ("Electric" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the commencement of trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "ELEC", following the previously announced successful closing of a non-brokered private placement raising $5.23 million.

Electric Royalties' focus is to acquire a portfolio of royalties over mining projects that will feed the increasing metal demand from the global electrification of cars and shift to rechargeable batteries and renewable energy. Electric Royalties will focus predominantly on acquiring royalties on advanced stage projects as well as operating projects to build a diversified portfolio located in jurisdictions with low geopolitical risk.

Electric Royalties currently has a portfolio of 13 royalties under various binding letters of intent pursuant to which Electric Royalties must satisfy certain conditions precedent in order to close the various acquisitions of the royalties.
