("EHT" or the "Company") (TSX-V: EHT) announces that Mr. Rob Fia has resigned as a director of the Company effective as of September 23, 2016. Mr. Fia has been a non-executive director and a member of the Company's Audit Committee since September 2014.

The board of directors of the Company wishes to thank Mr. Fia for his efforts while serving as a director and the board has commenced the process of identifying a qualified candidate to replace Mr. Fia on the board of directors.
