BURLINGTON, ON, June 17, 2016 /CNW/ - EcoSynthetix Inc. (TSX:ECO) ("EcoSynthetix" or the "Company") today announced the voting results from its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on June 16, 2016. Subsequent to the meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Paul Lucas as Chair of the Board.

The five nominees listed in the Management Information Circular, dated May 17, 2016, were elected as directors of EcoSynthetix. The results of the vote are set out below:
