E-Power Resources Announces Director Change

Montreal, Quebec--(Newsfile Corp. - April 28, 2023) - E-Power Resources Inc (CSE: EPR) ("E-Power" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Allan Miller, PhD from the Board of Directors. Current and future demands due to Dr. Miller's practice as a consulting economic geologist preclude him from consistently contributing as a Director of the Company. The Company thanks Dr. Miller for his contributions and wishes him all the best.

The company is currently in talks with suitable candidates to replace Dr. Miller. An announcement will be made in due course.
