(“DMD”) (NEX: DMG.H) announced today that it has received the final order of the Quebec Superior Court (Commercial Division) approving the plan of arrangement pursuant to which 10653365 Canada Inc. acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of DMD (the “Arrangement”). The Arrangement was approved on September 19, 2018 at the annual and special meeting of shareholders of DMD. Closing of the Arrangement is scheduled to take place on or about October 3, 2018.
