Montreal, Quebec / TheNewswire / October 4, 2018 – DMD Digital Health Connections Group Inc. (“DMD” or the “Corporation”) (NEX: DMG.H) announced today that it has completed the previously announced arrangement (the “Arrangement”) under the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (Canada), pursuant to which 10653365 Canada Inc. acquired all the issued and outstanding common shares of DMD.

As previously announced, DMD’s shareholders approved the Arrangement at the Corporation’s shareholder meeting held on September 19, 2018 (the “Meeting”). All the conditions to the closing of the Arrangement are now satisfied as of October 4, 2018.
