TORONTO, March 5, 2018 /CNW/ - Detour Gold Corporation (TSX: DGC) ("Detour Gold" or the "Company") announces that the conference call to discuss 2017 fourth quarter and year-end results has been rescheduled to Friday, March 9, 2018 at 9:00 AM E.T. (previously 10:00 AM E.T.).
