Vancouver, British Columbia – TheNewswire – August 22, 2019 DESERT MOUNTAIN ENERGY CORP.  (the “Company”) (TSXV:DME), (OTC:DMEHF), (Frankfurt:QM01)) announces that it granted on August 21, 2019, subject to any necessary regulatory approvals, incentive stock options to purchase in aggregate 800,000 shares of its Common Stock.  Of such options, 450,000 were granted to a group of six officers and directors, while 350,000 were granted to a group of five consultants and employees.  Said options were granted under the Company’s Stock Option Plan and are exercisable for a period of 3 years at a price of CAD $0.25 per Share.  They are subject to the Company’s customary vesting policy.
