VANCOUVER, BC, Oct. 29, 2020 /CNW/ - Datable Technology Corporation (TSXV: DAC) (the "Company") announces that further to its news release dated October 22, 2020, it has closed a non-brokered private placement of 31,420,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at $0.05 per Unit for gross proceeds of $1,571,000 (the "Offering").

Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of the Company (a "Share") and one Share purchase warrant (each Share purchase warrant, a "Warrant").  Each Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share (a "Warrant Share") at a price of $0.08 per Warrant Share for a period of two years from the closing of the Offering.

All securities issued in connection with the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on February 28, 2021 in accordance with applicable securities legislation.  The net proceeds of the Offering will be used for sales and marketing, product development and for working capital.

The Company paid eligible finders a commission (the "Finder's Fees") in the aggregate amount of $36,400 on the Offering within the amount permitted by the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange").

In addition, an aggregate of 728,000 non-transferable finder's warrants (the "Finder's Warrants"), were issued to eligible finders.  Each Finder's Warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional Share at a price of $0.08 per Share for a period of two years from the closing of the Offering.
