North Bud Farms Inc., through its wholly-owned subsidiary GrowPros MMP Inc. which was acquired from Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc. in February 2018, is pursuing a license under the Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations. The application is now in the Detailed Review stage.

Based on its knowledge of the licensing process under the ACMPR, the North Bud expects that it will be in a position to obtain its Cultivation Licence by January 2019, and its Sales License by December 2019. The company will be constructing a state-of-the-art purpose-built 25,000-square foot GMP grade indoor production facility, which will be located on 95 acres of Agricultural Land in Low, Québec, approximately 50 kilometres north of Ottawa.

North Bud Farms will be focused on Pharmaceutical and Food Grade cannabinoid production in preparation for the legalization of edibles and ingestible products scheduled for October 2019.
