Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 26 octobre/October 26, 2020) - Further to bulletin 2020-1001 on March 30, 2020, Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp. ("the Company") announced that it had signed an agreement to purchase several battery metals mining claims from Marifil Mines Ltd. ("Marifil"). The Mining Acquisition would have constituted a fundamental change, which would have required both shareholder and Canadian Securities Exchange approval.

The Company has been working with Marifil to complete the required NI 43-101 Technical Report and has disclosed that due to the complications and delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, both companies have agreed to terminate the mining acquisition.

Suite au bulletin 2020-1001, le 30 mars 2020, Extreme Vehicle Battery Technologies Corp. («la Société») a annoncé qu'elle avait signé un accord pour acheter plusieurs concessions minières de métaux de batteries à Marifil Mines Ltd. («Marifil»). L'acquisition minière aurait constitué un changement fondamental, qui aurait nécessité l'approbation à la fois des actionnaires et de la Bourse des valeurs canadienne.

La société a travaillé avec Marifil pour compléter le rapport technique NI 43-101 requis et a révélé qu'en raison des complications et des retards causés par la pandémie COVID-19, les deux sociétés ont accepté de mettre fin à l'acquisition minière.
