Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - le 7 décembre/December 2021) Nabis Holdings Inc. (“Nabis” or the “Issuer”) has announced that it has obtained a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia approving the previously announced plan of arrangement (the “Plan of Arrangement”) pursuant to the British Columbia Business Corporations Act. Under the Plan of Arrangement, Nabis will repurchase of all of the 5.3% senior unsecured notes due January 25, 2023 (the “Notes”) for an amount equal to $64 for each $100 principal amount of Notes outstanding, which shall, and shall be deemed to, be received in full and final settlement of all Notes.

The 5.3% senior unsecured notes will be delisted at market close today.

Nabis Holdings Inc. (« Nabis » ou l'« Émetteur ») a annoncé avoir obtenu une ordonnance définitive de la Cour suprême de la Colombie-Britannique approuvant le plan d'arrangement annoncé précédemment (le « Plan d'arrangement ») conformément à la Loi sur les sociétés par actions. Aux termes du plan d'arrangement, Nabis rachètera la totalité des billets non garantis de premier rang à 5,3 % échéant le 25 janvier 2023 (les « billets ») pour un montant égal à 64 $ pour chaque tranche de 100 $ de capital des billets en circulation, qui sera et sera réputé avoir été reçu en règlement complet et final de tous les billets.

Les obligations non garanties de premier rang à 5,3 % seront radiées à la clôture du marché aujourd'hui.
