In second paragraph, first sentence, ex-dividend date should read: September 28, 2022 (instead of September 29, 2022); in second sentence of same paragraph, record date should read: September 29, 2022 (instead of September 30, 2022).

EVERMORE CAPITAL INC. ANNOUNCES THIRD QUARTER DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE EVERMORE RETIREMENT ETFS

Today, Evermore Capital Inc. (“Evermore”) is pleased to announce the third quarter cash distribution amounts per unit for the Evermore Retirement ETFs, which trade on the NEO Exchange, for the period ending September 30, 2022.

The ex-dividend date for the distributions is anticipated to be September 28, 2022, for all Evermore Retirement ETFs. Unitholders of Evermore funds with record on September 29, 2022, will receive cash distributions payable on October 7, 2022. All distributions are paid in Canadian Dollars.
