VANCOUVER, BC, June 11, 2021 /CNW/ - Copper Mountain Mining Corporation (TSX: CMMC) (ASX:C6C) (the "Company" or "Copper Mountain") announces results of the Company's annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held on June 10, 2021.  A total of  98,236,689 common shares were voted at the Meeting, representing 47.06% of the total issued and outstanding common shares of the Company.
