MISSISSAUGA, ON, July 19, 2018 /PRNewswire/ - Concordia International Corp. ("Concordia" or the "Company") (TSX: CXR), an international specialty pharmaceutical company focused on becoming a leader in European specialty, off-patent medicines, today announced that as a result of the Company's decision not to submit a plan to regain compliance with NASDAQ Global Select Market's ("Nasdaq")  continued listing requirements, which decision was announced by Concordia in a press release on May 31, 2018, Nasdaq announced yesterday its determination to delist the Company's securities from Nasdaq.

As part of Concordia's proposed transaction to realign its capital structure, lenders supporting the transaction have requested that the Company delist its common shares from Nasdaq.

The Company's common shares continue to be listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
