January 23, 2019 / TheNewswire / Calgary, Alberta - Cerus Energy Group Ltd. TSX-V: CEA (“Cerus” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that Aggro Manufacturing Ltd. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Cerus) has successfully completed a 4-week mechanical testing trial of the “El Rollo” growing system.

The “El Rollo” test unit is currently being equipped with “Generation 1 Automation” which will electronically master the control of key growth factors, such as; temperature, humidity, fertilizer input, PH balancing, reservoir control, lighting and production logging.

The next phase of testing will be conducted by a third-party engineering firm for the independent review of mechanical operations, operating expense (OPEX) and production capacity. The collected data will be used in the “upscale” of the commercialized “El Rollo” units, and also for implementation into an integrated cultivation system and operating platform. This third-party testing and resulting data will be used to both establish and set the bench mark for cultivation and production data logging standards.

Chief Executive Officer Mackenzie Loree states that he is very pleased with the current "El Rollo" growing system results, and notes that the third-party testing will confirm the industry leading technology and ability of the "El Rollo" growing system"
