InterRent Announces January 2021 Distributions
InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-IIP.UN) (“InterRent”) announced today that its distribution declared for the month of January 2021 is $0.027125 per Trust unit, equal to $0.3255 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about February 15, 2021 to unitholders of record on January 31, 2021.

InterRent Announces $292.5 Million Portfolio Acquisition in Metro Vancouver with Crestpoint
InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-IIP.UN) (“InterRent” or the “REIT”) announced today that, together with Crestpoint Real Estate Investments Ltd.
