VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / April 10, 2024 / Gold Terra Resource Corp. (TSX-V:YGT)(Frankfurt:TX0)(OTCQX:YGTFF) ("Gold Terra" or the "Company") is pleased to announce a non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") with Eric Sprott as the lead investor. The Offering consists of 50 million common shares of the Company (the "Shares") at a price of C$0.05 per Share for gross proceeds of $2.5 million.

Gold Terra Resource Corp. is a junior gold exploration company. The Company holds a portfolio of gold exploration assets in the mining jurisdictions of the Northwest Territories and New Brunswick. The Company's Yellowknife Project (YP) encompasses about 918 square kilometers of contiguous land immediately north, south, and east of the City of Yellowknife in the Northwest Territories.
