The Company is engaged in the business of exploring, developing, and producing petroleum and natural gas properties in Western Canada. The Company has three wholly owned subsidiaries, such as Odaat Oil Corp. (Odaat), Jadela Oil (US) Operating LLC (Jadela US), and Fox Creek Energy Ltd. Odaat owns the Alberta oil and gas assets and approximately 22% interest in a non-operating disposal well in Ft. Nelson B.C.
