Wilton Resources Inc. Announces Re-Pricing of Private Placement Financing
Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - April 22, 2024) - Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) (the "Corporation") announces the re-pricing of its proposed non-brokered private placement of units of the Corporation ("Units") for gross proceeds of a minimum of $250,000 (the "Offering") previously announced on April 16, 2023. The Offering will now consist of Units at a price of $0.60 per Unit (the "Offering Price").

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - April 19, 2024) - Wilton Resources Inc. (TSXV: WIL) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it intends to issue, by way of non-brokered private placement, units of the Corporation ("Units") at a purchase price of $0.74 per Unit (the "Offering Price") for gross proceeds of a minimum of $250,000 (the "Offering"). The principal use of the proceeds of the Offering will be for general corporate purposes and as a reserve to pursue the acquisition of an international oil and gas property.
