Uniserve Announces Change in Board of Directors
Vancouver, BC – TheNewswie - October 31, 2024 – Uniserve Communications Corporation (the “Company” or
“Uniserve”) (TSXV: USS) a provider of IT solutions and services
to business and residential customers in Canada, wishes to announce
the resignation of Mr. Kelly Walker as a Director and the President
and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective immediately.
The Company thanks Mr. Walker for his years of service to the
Company. Mr. Daniel Kwin Grauer, the Chairman of the Board, has been
appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company to fill
the vacancy created by Mr.
