The Company is focused on advancing its Moonlight-Superior Copper Project in Plumas County, California to the production stage. Its project includes copper sulfide and copper oxide resources with silver and gold credits in three deposits Moonlight, Superior and Engels hosted in Jurassic intrusive rocks within a 13 square miles area. The Moonlight-Superior Copper project has a National Instrument 43-101 (NI 43-101) resource of approximately two billion pounds of copper with gold and silver credits. The Moonlight deposit hosts a NI 43-101 indicated resource of approximately 252 million tons (228 million tons), and an inferred resource of 109 million tons. The Company owns approximately 13 square miles of mining claims in the Lights Creek Copper District of Plumas County in northeast California. The Company's project area is approximately 85 miles northwest of Reno, Nevada.
