Tudor Gold Closes Additional $3.6 Million Tranche of $6 Million Private Placement
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - July 8, 2021) - Tudor Gold Corp. (TSXV: TUD) (FSE: TUC) (the "Company" or "Tudor Gold") is pleased to report that further to its news release dated June 22, 2021, the Company has closed a second tranche of its non-brokered private placement ( the "Private Placement") and has issued an aggregate of 1,200,000 non-flow-through common shares (the "NFT Shares") at a purchase price of $3.00 per NFT Share for gross proceeds to the Company of $3,600,000.
