Temas Announces Option Agreement To Acquire the La Blache Lake Extension Property

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / March 22, 2024 / Temas Resources Corp. ("Temas" or the "Company") (CSE:TMAS)(OTCQB:TMASF) announces, further to its news released dated February 8, 2024, that it has amended the terms of its non-brokered private placement (the "Financing"), reducing the price from $0.25 per unit to $0.20 per unit and thereby issuing up to of up to 7,500,000 units for gross proceeds of $1.5 million.
