Talon Metals Announces $10 Million Bought Deal Public Offering of Common Shares
Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands--(Newsfile Corp. - December 1, 2020) - Talon Metals Corp. (TSX: TLO) ("Talon" or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with a syndicate of underwriters co-led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and Sprott Capital Partners LP (collectively, the "Underwriters") pursuant to which the Underwriters have agreed to purchase, on a bought deal basis, 33,334,000 common shares of the Corporation (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.30 per Common Share (the "Issue Price") for aggregate gross proceeds of $10,000,200 (the "Offering").
